Wild Orchid Cottage is set in a beautiful, peaceful location with panoramic views over Loch Harport to sea cliffs and to the mountains of Skye.

After a day exploring the Island or walking in the hills, there is nothing better than sitting in the garden, watching the light changing over the sea and mountains while enjoying perfect peace, punctuated only by the birds singing as they fly around the garden.

Skye has something to offer everyone - rugged mountains, rolling hills, abundant wildlife, dramatic coastlines, historic castles and ancient ruins, arts and crafts, restaurants and many other activities.
You will want to come back to Skye, as there is always something new to do and more places to explore!
